Have you seen the NEW, Best Looking aftermarket front bumper for the MAX?????

Heard a lot of fuss about a new, very sporty looking (new M3-looking from what some say) bumper for the 4th gen maxima. Supposedly it looks 10 times better than the Skyline front bumper or any other front bumper for the max. Anyone seen it? Where can I see it...searched the web all day but could not find it!

i like the bumper up in the CM logo, the white car on the top of the .org, and NO, it is not the same bumper. Same style, but way cleaner IMHO....

Too bad its a PS...

I dont think that this Redline bumper goes well with the lines in our cars. It's too square, where our car is round.

I like the Stillen bodykit... Although I still prefer the urethane Skyline kit on CM.

i do agree that stillen is the best kit out there because it's polyurathane. Stillen's kits is ok but i wish that stillen would make more body kits for the maxima. The maxima just looks too much like a stock maxima but with a low drop.

I just hope it doesn't have that layered look. Makes the Maxima look like a fatass with multiple chins.

I have the M bumper on my Max and other than a few minor issues, it bolted on ok. I had some custom work done to it to make it a little more unique than the others though. I'll post some pics once it gets back from the body shop next thursday...

The skyline kit with the skyline grill attached is made of poly-urethane and has no fitment issues.

understandable but the skyline body kit is too ricey. And maximas aren't like that. It's a sedan not a civic.

One thing I hate about the new m bumper is its fiberglass...if it was urethane I would like it allot more.

I emailed the guys at redlinemax.com about the same issue: what if they made the m-bumper out of urethane? This is what he said verbatim:

"We are improving our quality of our design by making the m-bumper out of 'polyfiber', a material that is relatively new to the U.S. market but is widely used in Japan and Hong Kong for body kits(see www.VISracing.com for demo pics). I have a vented carbonfiber in production, as well as a Stillen Type-2 Spoiler (with OE mountings points). My cost for the polyfiber based bodykits are 5 times that of fiberglass kits, but polyfiber is the best material to make bodykits out of. Urethane cracks, but polyfiber doesn't. If you are interested i can keep you updated when the polyfiber m-bumper kit once a release date is set (ETA late fall).

Ange
www.Redlinemax.com"

I would really like something like that if i could afford it!!

I hope those are the ones they show in their magazine ads. They twist, bend, run over, bump into poles with those things and they just pop back into shape. Not sure if it's the same company but I think it is...
