Petition to Ban or Penalize "I H8 COPS"

Well, I am not usually one to Speak out against someone, but there is a user here on maxima.org, that either needs to go, or needs to have disciplinary action taken against him...
He is contrary to all that Maxima.org is about
He is rude, He laughs at the misfortunes of others, He Constantly Puts down others, and when it comes down to it, He offers Nothing to this forum... I have never once seen him Help someone, or offer an opinion that was not hurtful or offensive to others...Just take this thread for instance... http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....hreadid=241313 ... poor s0ber just had his car stolen, why did he need to hear that from this jerk?... Again in This Thread, http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....hreadid=241361 this person decided to down others and Make a negative Impact...
I am starting this thread in the 4th gen forum, because this is where this person has decided to haunt... This thread is a petitioning thread for all those who dislike this person and agree with me that some form of action should be taken...
Thank you for your time Maxima.org Moderators and administrators, and all other Members of this wonderful community

I do not like what he has been posting. I can see that he is a useless individual here. We have good folks around here and unfortunately it comes with bad folks as well. I pretty much stay firm on freedom of speech. Since there are no crazy attack on this forum from him and there are just comments. We should be the bigger person and let this low mentality individual go. We can ignore him but serious action against him is not necessary. A great thing like freedom of speech does have its down side.

i think it would be better to offer a warning in order to change the tone of his posts...than to ban him suddenly

im sure he'll rethink his posts...if not, then take more severe action

Ban him

I agree with freedom of speech but some people just do not deserve to have the freedom of speech... It's ok though, there is no reason we should pay attention to this Bas###d, he will get what he deserves in the end.

I think freedom of speech should be a privilage not a right. Some people are just to stupid to be given this privilage. We are all hear to learn/help each other and he is getting in the way of us doing that. In other words Give him one more chance then ban his @$$!!!

Na, let him stay. I enjoy reading his ignorant posts when he thinks he really knows something. It makes me laugh. Keep him around so we can pick on him.

cant mess with freedom of speech, for those of you who dont like him, just put him on the ignore list, and for those who dont, just sit back and enjoy it while he gets flamed

yeah def. ban him...reminds me of somone on thepike.net that anouyed the crap outa me, he had nothing to give aside from his meaningless little coments and then thinking he was tuff...the only diference is that we did meet up with him in person and he turned out to be like 4 feet tall with no life...

i say give a one week warning or somthing and then ban him, let him know its going to happen first

Freedom of speech? This isnt some public corner on some downtown street, this is a private forum which requires you to join and there are some rules to follow.

I say a warning is in order by either the owner or moderators. If he doesnt change his tune then he shouldnt be a part of this community.

Agreed, why should people with misfortunes have to deal with his smart *** remarks.... it's just not fair to the people that are dealing with other problems and have some fool make it worse.

i dont care for his screen name, and because of it i think less of him and choose to usually not read or answer his posts, but banning isnt the answer

Looking back i find it wierd that he just had all these posts in just the past few hours, he also started a couple of threads where he was asking for help and the generous people of the org gave him the answers he was looking for. Then he goes around and acts out of line and gets all this attention he does not deserve.

It's kind of nice to have a celebrity sometimes...hehe. I'm not jumping on anyone or anything, but you don't have to take everyone seriously. If you don't like certain comments, ignore the ****.

If you ban IH8COPS couldn't he/she just make another profile? So then it's going to happen again. IMHO

Hold on now gentlemen. Let's not resort to violence. Keep in mind he has the right to exercise the FREEDOM OF SPEECH. Just as I have the right to own a machinegun.

Isn't America great?!?!? You can't put HID's in your car but you can legally own a machinegun.
