Oxygen sensor

I have been getting terrible gas mileage, about 200 a tank, is this a bad oxygen sensor, and is there anyway to know if it is shot.

theres some things to take care:
1. knock sensor(you can check it with a voltimeter
2. Bad 2 O2 sensors(you can check it too, just buy a haynes manual and its very clear)
3. dirty TB, IAC,
