03 04 and 03 02 codes

I've seen on here a lot of times that the 03 04 code can be caused by another fault. The 03 02 code is for EGR insufficient or excessive flow detected. I've tried to search on the test site with no help. Is there some way to clean the valve or the system? Help please.

Thanks, that's about 2/3s of what I wanted. I thought there may be something you do if the EGR valve was sticking, like spray some kinda cleaner or lube on it. I guess I'll just have to go get jerked around by the stealership to cure my EGR ills. Thanks again.
