engine temp warm-up triggers a stall.
After cleaning throttle body and IACV this weekend I expected no more warm-up stalls. I was wrong. After cleaning yestderday, the old gal started great, idled strong. As I drove around the block, after about 1 minute -- as soon as the temp gauge lifted off of 'cold', it happened. Rpm's dropped and lifted and dropped again. I had to put it in nuetral and rev to keep from stalling. This lasted about 20 seconds, and then it was fine. Once it's past that warm-up spot it runs great.
This mornng I let it warm up in the driveway. After a minute it stalled, started right back up, and was fine after that.
Yesterday's problem did cause check engine light to go on. I have not checked code yet, but will probably bring to dealer (since he has tried for last couple of weeks to diagnose problem). Does the code stay in system if I check it myself?
Does this soud familiar to anyone?

Check the code yourself. Your probably going to get either a MAF sensor code or the engine temperature sensor code. My guess is the engine coolant temp sensor is bad, being that you have a temperature related problem.
