Anyone changed their fuel injectors?

Anyone changed their fuel injectors?
OK, I own a (99 GXE auto) and I've just swapped out the engine to a (97 i30). It wasn't easy, but everything went together fine. All I had to swap was the throttle body and the IAC with my original 99 parts.
The engine will crank up and run for about 10 seconds when I use starter fluid. So the ignition system and the engine are working fine.
I checked the fuel pressure by removing the fuel lines and turning the key to the ON position (without starting the car... I know it's dangerous). Fuel sprays out. So the fuel pump is working.
When I was looking at the fuel rail before I put the engine in and a wasp had made a nest in it. I used an air compressor to blow out the fuel rail.
Poured some water remover and injector cleaner in the gas tank. I'm thinking the nest may have clogged the fuel injectors.
It's obvious to me that the cylinders are not getting any fuel. I'm planning to put the fuel rail and injectors from my original engine in to the new one. And now for my questions:
1. Is there anything else I need to consider before doing this?
2. What will I need to change this out? (From what I know, I need an Upper Plenum Gasket, and Fuel Injector O-rings)
Thanks in advance. I've been working on this for 2 months . Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

Re: Anyone changed their fuel injectors?
Doesn't the 99 Maxima have the VQ30DE-K engine with 270 cc/min injectors? If so you might have a compatibility problem between your injectors and the ecu. I might be totally off base here, but there are some differences between the 99 engine and the 95-98 models.
You can get a Noid light to test the injector harness plugs to see if they are getting a signal from the ecu. I find it hard to believe that every fuel injector got clogged.

You blew out the wasp nest? You just stuck the air line in there and turned it on? You probably blew all the dirt in the injectors.
Crank the engine a few times and then take out 1-2 of the front plugs. If they are dry, then no gas. If they are wet, then you are getting gas.

You sure you got the fuel lines connected correctly? They should go from the tank --> fuel filter --> fuel rail --> fuel pressure regulator --> return to tank
