How much HP from this setup?

Here is what I'm doing: Place Racing CAI, Budget Y-Pipe, camaro-style dual exhaust with Flowmaster 80 series. Can I expect 20-25HP from this?

Looks like I'm going to have to mod the spare-tire well.

Yeah 20-25 sounds realistic. You will get more if you are fed spec rather then cali spec.

Do these companies make two versions of each product? Do I need to specify when i buy them?

Defenatly specify when ordering the Y-pipe. No need to with the CAI I dont know what kind of exhaust you are getting but it would be good to play it safe and tell whoever you are ordering from if you are cali or fed spec.
Good luck,
Dan

Well, I assume you mean 20-25hp to the wheels, and I would say that 20hp is pushing it. You may open the exhaust up too much with your duals and actually loose power, ie; loss of exhaust velocity.

I agree 20hp if you have a tight machine. The maximum hp will peak around 6000-6500 rpm. You may not feel much change from 2000-4000rpm. The additional noise from the new intake and exhaust will be awesome.

Well the ypipe will add the most power and that will start kicking in at 3k. The intake will creat some low end tq but hurt your top end since it has a long pipe. The duals will sound cool and look cool but wont yield a better gain than a big single catback.

You won't gain anything from the dual exhaust. Especially one that just splits off of one pipe anyway. You might gain 15ish hp at the wheels from the intake/Y.

15-20

Hey 15-20 sounds good ! if you are going for HP save on the exhaust ( go cheap 2.5 ) and put the money in an upgraded ecu !!

You will notice an increase but I have found its easier to see than feel. Get a few runs in at the track and then go back, man I sure wish I would have done that when my car was stock.

have fun!

If you get rid of all the stuff in your trunk you'll be even faster speedracer and those 20's don't help much either...

No the 20's don't help, but they look pretty damn PIMP...it's almost time to take them off for the winter, though...
