New Clutch and problems still!!!

I just had an exedy stage one put in my max, and it worked great for 2 weeks and then all of a sudden my car when i shifted from 2-3 stayed reved up like i was still holding to clutch in and wouldnt move. I turned it off then back on and it moved, but with that nice burnt smell of clutch! Even if i had been ridding it hard, there is no reason why this clutch should have went already. Im guessing that either they put it in wrong, the brake fluid clutch line has a leak or is collasping. I say this because when i double shift, it seems to shift better (building up more pressure for the clutch) i think the plates are sticking together. Or finally, the slave cylinder it shot, or the tranny! I dont know much about cars but this is my theory and if anyone has experienced this or know what this sounds like your input would help.

thanks jeff

If you have to pump the pedal, rebleed the clutch slave cylinder and check the clutch hydraulic system CAREFULLY for leaks.

sounds like you have a leak in the lines or that there could be air in them. You might want to check the hydrolic pump and make sure thats in order. I had a similar problem and it ended up being a leaky line..

hope its easy fix for you.
