Passenger back seat panel

Hi. I have a 98 Maxima and the back side (side with a pouch)on the passenger side was ripped off by accident. Where can I find a black leather on that is relativity cheap? Thanks for any responses.

I suggest take the panel to a upholstery shop and have them re wrap it

The whole panel is destroyed. It is cracked and the holders it stays on with are broken. I need to know where I can get a whole piece. Thanks for any help.
