Quick question on part name
What is the name of the piece of metal that the center member is attached to? I mean, what is it called where the front 2 bolts for the center member bolt into? My mechanic quickly noticed that the centermember was hanging because that piece of metal had sorta a rip or crack in it and is very flimsy. It looks like the center member is about to fall loose. I'm taking it to get quoted on the repair tommorow and but I would like to know how bad it is. If you have a Chiltons, open to 3-37 and look at figure 133. The crack is 2 inches to the left of the left bolt. Thanks

Thats a great diagram, but it sorta isnt what im talking about...It's not part of the engine itself, it looks like its more like part of the unibody. If you look at part 11530A (screw at bottom of diagram) I need to know what its called what those screws attach the center member(11240P) to. Thanks, hopefully you understand what i mean

I tried to find a better diagram of the mounting point, but couldn't find anything better
So I looked at the factory service manual, Body section...and it turns out the cross member mounts to the frame. Well, seems like a good idea. So I'm gonna stick to Frame till I get my car back tomorrow.
