Should I go with Exedy stage 1 or OEM clutch?

I was hoping not to have to hurry with this decision, but my car is out of service. I've already got a Fidanza flywheel on the way. I was planning on the Exedy but I'm having second thoughts. I've driven an ACT a very small amount and didn't like it. The most important thing to me is how easy it will be to drive the car smoothly. My Key Value clutch has not been good in this regard, and it chatters. People have said the Exedy is soft, which I like the sound of that, but how smoothly can it be driven? The second most important thing to me is longevity. I don't want to have to deal with it again for a long time. Who has the most miles on the Exedy?
I probably go to the track maybe 4 times a year, and I doubt I'll ever boost. Lastly, I'll probably have to spend an additional $70-120 on the Exedy. Any info appreciated.

Also, does the Exedy come with any other parts like the throwout bearing, or just the disc and pressure plate?

You sound like you just need the OEM replacement

Went ahead and ordered OEM. I'm sure it will do just fine. I just still have a bad taste in my mouth concerning the Key Value clutch I've had to deal with.
