Getting a 98 Maxima SE... Got a couple important ?'s!

I'm finally get a 98 Maxima SE that's burgandy/rosewood just like the one my mom had a few years ago and it's soooo sweet. 51k miles that's it. But anywho... I'm already preparing and about to order some things for it for when i first get it. I always wanted to mod my moms but she never would let me and then she got rid of it so now it's my turn. Anyways, i'm getting some diamond clear corners for it for sure first because the orange just doesn't suit me on the front of the car. I'm on sort of a budget for right now so i'm considering all my possibilities of first mods... I'm thinking about getting a front strut bar but i need recomendations.. I saw one on custommaxima.com but it's like 60 bucks or something so i'm wondering if it's worth that price or where another place is that would have one just as good or better for less money.
Next... I'm thinking about getting headlights, foglights, and the other blinker lights and stuff replaced and i saw on custommaxima.com the Polarg and PIAA bulbs. Well Polarg are pretty reasonably priced but those PIAA bulbs are high dollar.... I was wondering if the PIAA are worth it or if the Polarg still look cool. The thing i like the most about the Polarg besides cost is that i could have every light on the car pretty much with the same color shining out of it...
Well thx already for anyone willing to give me some hints/ideas/comments

Ok, ANY strut bar will work. I went with the good 'ole Ebay one, works just fine. Its not like you feel it anyways, it more for looks. Second, PIAAs are definately not worth the money, no matter what anyone says.

Also, i shouldnt even have to suggest Red Clears, but i will anyways. Definately cleans up the rear of the car along with debadging the Nissan burger...

A set of lowering springs will do wonders, as will a Y-pipe, i mean the list is endless really. Do what you can afford first....

I definatly felt the strut bar, I was lowered on AGXs and Intrax springs already though, so I'm not sure what the difference will be like on the stock suspension. I think you would be better off getting a rear anti-sway bar before the front strut bar though, the car understeers way too much in stock form.

if i was you, id get a stillen hi flow intake from a fellow org member. that'll be 100 bucks or less and improvement on speed. then, i would go with a ypipe from warpspeed, shipped should be 200 bucks. then get full suspension, springs, shocks, that will cost you no more then 450-500. so, take your pick, if you dont really care about performance, just get your car lowered first with clears, if you want speed, def. intake w/ ypipe.

I can tell you what not to get...

Stillen - overpriced and no better than anyone elses
Random Tech cat/converter - overpriced and it will come apart
Light Bulbs - get some, stick with them they can become a never ending money pit.

and what to get.

Hybrid intake, Y-pipe, and lowering springs.

Check out this site , it should help some.

In your case I'd prob. start out small first (clear corners, lighting,etc..) then when u have more $$ work ur way up to the bigger mods.. congrats on your purchase btw
