Location of the Rear Heated O2 Sensor... (i've tried the search feature)
Hey guys,
I'm sure my Rear Heated O2 Sensor (0707) is bad. I'm at work right now. I just ordered one, and I'm going to try and change it here, before I drive to Nova Scotia, later today.
I don't have my manual with me, and I can't find the location of the sensor through searching...
Can anyone tell me of the location, and perhapse and special tools, or techniques to replace it??
Thanks MUCHLY!!
Dave H.

There's one right behind that cat and two in the Y-Pipe. If it's the rear one in the y-pipe it's fairly simple to get to. You'll need to get under the car like you were changing your oil. Look up where the rear of the "y" connects to the rear manifold. You'll see the sensor on that downtube section. As far as getting the wiring out... I haven't done it in a while but if I remember correctly, you need to find the connector up by the windshield wiper motor on the passenger side. It's back by the firewall. Look at your new sensor to determine what the connector looks like and trace the wires down to remove them. Install should be the reverse. Don't tighten it too much and make sure that there's anti-seize on it before you install it. Good luck!
