Driver side Fog Light won't align.

Hello,
I just discovered this great site. Look for but could find a answer to my problem so some help would be appreciated. I have recently changed out my drvier's side fog light bulb and cannot align the light beam to the recommend hieght. I have turned the alignment dial on the back of the enclosure and the beam does not move. It currently is stuck at about the 6 foot mark and will not go down. Is there anything I can do to force it down or do I need to buy a new enclosure? Thanks again for the help.

Turn the screw (back of housing) clockwise to lower the beam. Also make sure the locating pin in in its hole before tightening the two front bolts.

You may have put the bulb in upside down! It's not that hard to do and you'll never get it to align! Take it out and reverse it!

Thanks for the replies. I indeed had the pin in place before tightening the 2 front bolts. As for the bulb being upside down, I don't think it is because I replaced the bulb in the same orientation as the bulb that I took out, OEM. Also, there are cut outs at the top and bottom of the replacement bulb medal face that matches with the encloseure and I made sure that they matched. In other words, if I flip it around, the bulb would not fit flush in the enclosure after I clamp it down. Regardless, I will disassemble to emclosure again and check and flip the bulb. If this does not work. Do you have any other suggestions?

Ok, figured it out. The screw that controls the beam alignment was no longer connected to the inside lens enclosure. I just connected it back and now my fog light is all set. Thanks again for the help.
