Fog light installation

I am planning on installing OEM fogs on my car but I don't really want Nissan to do it as they charge $100. Is it possible to do it yourself even though there is some cutting involved.... or does anyone know of a cheaper place of getting it done at?

The kit includes everything you need with exception of a sharp cutting blade to make the holes in the bumper. JRNissan has an excellent deal on the kit. Will take you two hours tops.
