Hey Guys,

I just went to a inspection station today and they said that my gen II altezzas will not pass. I was wondering if there is anyone else on the board that has had this happen to them. Thanks.

 

If their is a VISIBLE red reflector on the edge of the lens (visible from the side of your car), your taillights will pass.

If they insist it will not pass, tell them to kiss your a$$, and go to their supervisor, etc...

If gen 2 altezzas are DOT legal, which i believe they are, then they cannot not pass you...

So will the red/clear tails with out the red reflector fail an inspection.

 

i had no problem. they are dot legal. get a supervisor, show them the dot inscription on the bottom right on the lens...*****es
