In D.C. you see a lot of guys riding around in either hoopty caprices or hooked up caprices/victorias. When I see that, I kinda ask myself "WHY?"

I wonder if japanese natives think that way when they see hooked up maximas.

 

Esp. the young cats...they don't care what condition it's in, as long as it's big & boxy.

The page says that it is for avoiding bugs crushing into the windshield. Also says that the car is used exclusively for highway patrol.

Everybody would be screwed if the highway patrol drove around R-34 Skylines here.

 

If an R34 is what they drive as highway patrol in japan, I'm in the wrong career on the wrong continent.
