Will removing the muffler hurt?

what up guys, i am sick and tired of being harrassed by stupid cops. thinking about putting my stock muffler back on but will it hurt the performance? i got ypipe, the whole cat back exhaust, with the ws muffler. if i just remove the ws and put the stock back on, will it hurt?
or will it even fit? i cant afford to keep taking it out and putting it back on all the time. let me know guys!

I really doubt it will make a difference. What you could do is get an aftermarket b-pipe.

Will it theoretically hurt performance? YES
Will you or a dyno ever notice it? NO
Will the cops stop bothering you? YES

You decide...

If by WS he mean Apexi Word Sport then isn't that a catback system? I dono if you can use the rest of the catback with the stock muffler.

You can't, the bpipe-muffler connection is a bit different on the stock exhaust.

You could get an exhaust shop to weld a smaller tip on for you...
