need a new clutch but what kind??
my clutch is going out and it will need to be replaced soon. i was thinking about going with act cuz thats the only clutch i've had experience with. are there any other clutches that i should consider??
btw i'm staying with bolt ons for the time being maaayyybe, maayyybe, a turbo or sc next year

Well...I just upgraded from stock to an Exedy Stage 1 organic clutch. I cant tell you how it is since its gonna be finished tonight. But ill let you know if you want. Ive heard pretty good stuff about it though. I also have bolt-ons as well as pushing some nitrous (a bigger jet shortly)...so hopefully it holds everything fine...

I got an ACT and it’s just fine. It does look like I’m going to have to replace the engine mounts because the chatter that I had when the clutch was braking in shook them lose. The car has 100k miles so it was about time any way. All together around $600. $300 for the clutch and my local shop put it in for me for another $300.
