AE Headlights

I've got a '99 (clear lights) and I was thinking about AE headlights. Anyone have pictures of 97-99 AE's?

Do it with your body color. Someone with a white Max did the AE headlights with white paint and it looks great!

im going to be doing this today, possibly tomorrow, but my question is if many people do this black housing to 95-96's? i think it will still look good, but has anyone noticed if they looked good or not (without the clear headlights)

I've seen a couple of 95-96's done AE style. My personal opinion on them is they don't look anywhere near as good as with the clear headlights. With the un-clear's it just looks like something behind the glass is black.. but it does look better than stock- make sure you do the corners too... I'm doing mine hopefully in the next week or 2, when I get some time

What's wrong with white? I think the AE style headlights look best on black and white. Just make sure to do the corners also. I think just the headlights doesn't look right.

I did it, but I don't like it. I wanted to see what they looked like in person, but I was not going to try it on my 97-99 lights. 95-96 AE headlights look terrible IMO. See for yourself:

96 AE lights:

97-99 stock lights:

Oh 97-99 AE style lights look great if done like geo1317.
