Carbon Fiber sounds good but those are some nasty photos. Glad to hear u are alright.

Have you heard from any of the other parties? Who is liable for the damages?

sorry about the loss , It is fixable - that's for sure , but the car will never be the same in your mind , I had the same problem - did three 360 deg donuts
car is fixed - but it just don't feel the same.
hopefully it all works out for you.

one question though - did you have Addco RSB on at the time of accident???
I think my RSB and cheap kumho tires were contributing factors for my maxima to loose control that easy.

NO! His car is a 97 Sage Mist Maxima. I have the same car. I don't think 95's got that color paint. I can see why you assumed 95, but that would be a lot of work to make it look like that if it were.

no, i did not have a rsb or cheap kumho tires. i got kumho ecsta supras, for what i know, the best of kumho. but yeah, i was going about 75, and at that speed, when you swerve hard, you will spin.

BTW: to fix this dent im looking at about 1,000 plus they have to repaint half the car, because there is no seem to paint the rear panel except from the front doors back and the front window back. sorry to break it to ya but it most likely will be toatled.

As a friend Peter, that's not the kind of car you drive around with just liability. Remember when my GSR got stolen because it was so mod'd?

I'm sure it's not your fault though.

doesn't look totaled, looks like it could use a new CF hood, replace left rear door and just paint.

some dude hit me going at like 10MPH and i had to replace both doors (right) w/paint, insurance paid like 3500

First off....doors aren't cheap, along with all the mechanisms behind them. When smacked in the side like that, you gotta determine whether there's been some structure damage. Restructring the car isn't cheap. That beam that seperates the front and rear doors aren't exactly cheap neither, and if it's damaged, then chances are, the roof is slightly being pulled down...so maybe there could be more damage there. Quarter panels aren't too fun themselves, and since it's not a "brand new" car, they'll probably just bondo that rather than replace it. Then consider labor, rental car price, whatever....
