How long would 99 SE struts and shocks last with lowering springs and how would the ride be?
BTW the struts/shocks have 50k on them.

It's not a matter of how long they will last, they could "last" 100K miles. The ride on the other hand will not be pleasant. Your handling will not get better, it may even get worse over rough roads. OEM struts are not valved to dampen aftermarket springs correctly. The setup doesn't work well at all. Get yourself some aftermarket struts to compliment your aftermarket springs.
