ebay indiglo help

how come the layout that every single one of them is wrong? it has the engine temp on the left and the fuel on the right???

It doesnt matter, thats the way they are layed out. When you get them you can move them to the way they are suppose to be installed I thought the same thing, but realized it later on. I bought them from ebay also for my 98 gle, which has the same exact layout as a 99.

thanks...i still have reserves about buying them due to a lot of people having problems with their needles and stuff.

the install is not that hard and you don't have to take the needles out.

You can find detailed installation instructions here under How2

There are lots of detailed pics too.

As for sticking needles, I'd suggest you sand under the back side of the needles as shown below:



I have more pics on pg 6

In find it's all worth the effort.

Yep, this is a must. I took my dash apart 3 times trying to fix this. I finally took a razor blade and heated it up and melted just a little bit of the plastic off of the back where those arrows are pointing above. But I think sand paper would be easier and safer.

i jus grab a fingernail cutter and trim the back off...

use plenty of double sided tape to help with the gaps when applying. Dont want any bubbling up. Just installed mine with no problems.

I used white glue since it can peel off later on without leaving marks.
