2 Issues: Rear brakes and left bank 02 sensor

1) I have replaced my rear brakes in the past, and did so again yesterday. The brakes are now dragging, super heating both rotors. I thought my parking brake cables were dragging so I disconnected them, but the rear brakes are still locked. Is there something else I should try to resolve this?

2) On my Budget Y-Pipe, I had some fitment problems with the left bank (front) O2 sensor. It is now stuck and will not budge (I have a special socket & open ended wrench, but the nut is now damaged). the MIL has triggered an 02 sensor fault code. Any suggestions to get it off would be appreciated, in addition to the location of the wiring harness.

Thanks for all of your help.

I just went through Sat. with a couple Maxima buddies solving my grabbing left rear brake problem! You can read about the problem and solution to my problem and see if it applies to you http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=247924

You may also want to chech out your slider pins. They may be under-lubed for whatever reason. You have to use the right grease. You might want to hunt for some of this stuff

Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestion and follow-up. I re-did the rear yesterday and I just had to rotate the pistons a little farther clockwise. The brakes work great. Now I just need some suggestions for the O2 sensor.

Much appreciative,
