Quick question, is chaning your whole gauge cluster as simple as getting a new cluster and plugging it in?

I have a 99 SE-L and after installing and uninstalling my Indiglos the accuracy of my needles got messed up. Not too sure what my options are, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
