using old 65/45 watt bulbs on upgraded harness?

Hi, I'm thinking of buying a "XENON 9004 WIRING HARNESS" upgrade from ebay. Could I still use my current 65/45 watt silverstars with the upgraded harness, just incase I don't like the xenon bulbs included in the kit?

thankx

P.S. tried searching the many posts and couldnt find that dealt with this.

Sure there is no reason that you couldn't. It will not harm anything.

I just saw this "9004 Halogen H.I.D. Look Conversion Kit" that's supposed to handle up to 140 watts for about $70 on ebay...Has anyone tried this?

thankx

im running a suvlights.com harness with the silverstars an they are great. If anything with the harness the light will be brighter cause you are using new wiring to power them.
