I went to the deaer and they wanted to charge me $95.00 to run codes on my car. I argued with them for ahwile and the manager said that he will not charge me if i get what was wrong with my car fixed. So i agreed. It was my throddle postion sensor or somehitng of the sort. They replaced it clean my intake and throddle body. Does this sensor affect your gas milage, or starting ability?

 

Go to autozone......they run codes for free. Just ask the salesman/woman.

 

Better yet get a screwdriver and get the codes yourself...

 

Yep, I checked my codes myself and they still charged me the 95.00 and would not give a refund for their 5 mins of time.

dartmouth huh...do you go to umass? i used to go there and still have some friends who go there...a few of which drive maximas...keep a look out for some modded max's and thats them!
