I am kinda of woried about my service engine light came up. I just bought it a week ago and filled up my tank with half premium and half regular fuel. Some one told me that this could be the reason. The car is running fine with no trouble at all.
Can someone guide me what could be the problem with it. Or if i start using the premium fuel , will the light go away.

you might have tricked a knock sensor. look in the stickys to see how to pull the code from the ECU. its nice to see another maxima from minnesota, youll have to come to some of our meets
