Skyline Spoiler ?

Skyline Spoiler ?
I'm getting a Skyline spoiler like the ones in the pics below for 25US from a scrap yard. I was wondering if anyone has this spoiler on their Maxima and what you all think about it. I think it looks a bit big. The tip towards the front extends past the trunk lid on my 97 Cefiro(Maxima). Is there anyway to modify it to make it shorter? I'd like some opinions and comments. Thanks.

I live in Trinidad in the Caribbean...we import huge numbers of car from Japan since the previous government reduce restrictions on the imports...I've seen front cuts(only the front of the car) of my car on a shelf in the scrap yards :O
They had 2 spoilers and I went back like 3 days later and one was gone. I hope the other one is still there in case I decide to get it. It would cost too much to send brakes from Trinidad to the US
...at least I think so.
