thinking of designing my own front bumper
Ok so i have a couple ideas for a front bumper replacement, bascially i want to take a stock bumper as a model and change a few things to make it my own. but not a whole lot, just enough to have people do a double take and go "Wait, what was that?" I have a couple of questions though.
1. If i made the changes w/ modeling clay or something similar would that be good enough for someone to make a fiberglass/urithane one for me?
2. Who should i talk to about the fabrication, body shop? some other place?
3. Ballpark what would this cost for a one time thing?
Any other suggestions for this undertaking would be apriciated too.
TIA for your help.

Also i was thinking if i base it off an existing bumber wouldn't it be slightly larger than what it is supposed to be, or is the difference so small it doesn't really matter?
