Fuse blown?

I just happened to notice tonight that my two rear trunk lights were not working. I was walking up from the back from running into a fast food place to correct my order and noticed this. When I got out of my car to go inside the house, I realized that my antenna would not go down. Are these three things connected somehow. I don't know if just my bulbs are blown or what? It was too dark to fool with it, and I could press the brake and check the back b/c I had no help. Anyways, I was just wondering if there was a power connection or something b/t the three. Any help is much appreciated.
