Raybestos Quietstops or Matrix Metal Masters??

Ok well im looking to get new brake pads. I'm leaning to either the Raybestos or the Matrix's but i dont know which ones would be better. I'm also open to other suggestions.

Both are great pads.
The MM pads are slightly more agressive.

The MMs leave a lot of purple brake dust compared to the other pads that I have owned.... I ended up changing out my front pads early cuz the dust was soaking my rims with purple haze.

Quietstops work fairly well, and don't dust a whole lot. I've been using them on stock Nissan Rotors for over a year now, and they have good fade resistance, low noise and dust, and are relatively inexpensive.

MetalMaster pads do make a bit more noise and a lot more dust, but work very well when warmed up and have good fade resistance.

you are not gonna get noticeably better braking performance on new pads alone.. only really notice with bigger rotors, pads, 4 piston ect. id go with the quiet stop..i have them. they work great except their initial bite is a bit weak. they make no noise and dont make my rims black. dont use the shims they come with.. just clean up and use the lube stuff they give you on the stock shims.
