Problems w/ Max

I have a 1995 auto. As comes the cold weather, comes some problems. There is a noise when I accelerate now. It sounds like it is coming from the exhaust. It is more of a rumbling noise. You hear it mostly before the car is fully warmed up.
Well, even after my car has warmed up, my pick-up is pretty bad. It seems like I have lost all low-end power til ~3000rpm. Anyone know what could be the problem? I have no CEL's. It all just started happening about a week ago. Any insight will be appreciated. Thanks
I would guess the knock sensor but I dont think it would make strange exhaust noises. Anyhow the knock sensor doesnt trip the cel, you have to get in there and check it yourself. Do a search on how to check the ecu for codes.

let me know how that turns out, my car ran perfect, then i got into a slight accident, i just needed to change the hood an the Air condition condenser, but after the accident it started running like that, i dunno if it would be the Knock sensor, concidering my car just broke 44,000 miles. But let me know how it turns out.
