I have this vibration/buzzing that i can hear at idle, it goes on an off, regardless if the clutch is in or out. I was trying to narrow the problem, so I took a look at the pulleys. Every pulley seems fine except the PS pulley. It has a little bit of wobble to it. I know it cant be normal but could this be causing my vibration? Is there any was to actually check? Thanks.

I can feel the vibration through the pedal and I can hear it slightly in the car w/ windows closed, but I cant hear it in the engine bay because of other sounds that dominate it. Oh and I just had my idler pulley replaced
