put steelies back on...

Put the steelies back on getting ready for winter yesterday. And now the whole braking and handling feels different- brakes smoother, and handling is smoother but less responsive and quick. Is that just from the change in tire width or the weight of the wheels? 16"vs15", and 225/55vs 205/65
