I'm looking for a 95/96 Max. Silver is my first choice but my understanding is that they didn't start making silver until 97. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Because i found one nearby that's a 96 and is supposedly silver

something seems fishy

if thats a 96 anything (gxe, gle and even se), only 15's were offered in 96, so he must have put the 97-99 16' alloys on it. Also he doesn't list miles, and I'm assuming they're hefty for $7,000. Just make sure you do a carfax check if miles are decent.

The rims are definitely '97-'99 16" but the silver doesn't look original. Maybe it's the angle but the only other silver I can think of on a '95-'96 are those pinkish silvers that look ugly.

Listen to them Mason. That's a 95/96 cuz of the grill, but it has the 97-99 16's. I'm obsessed with maximas and that silver is something I haven't seen. Also depreciation sucks and I see 95's every day for 8995 and 96's for 9995(which I hate cuz I spent 15,000 on my 96 2 1/2 years ago), but 7000??? That car must have 200,000 miles on it and an almost blown tranny. Some things really are too good to be true. Get a max from a dealership and get a warranty...Good luck...

ive seen that 'silver' before. it's not silver. it's this light-lavender metallic paint. not that great a color at all.

Wow!! I kinda like the look of that color with the bra and the 16" alloys, but it's not silver. I think i've seen it before too. It's more of a lavender like MaximaZero said.

When there are no miles listed, that usually means that it has very high miles on it. And for $6995, it's too good to be true. Go for it if you do a CarFax check and everything seems ok and if it has decent mileage.

I paid $5000 for 95,000 miles

So good deals do exist. My car is in perfect shape now that a few minors have been repaired (starter and master cylinder) but I got a steal.
I took over the payments on a 95 with only $5 g's left to pay off.

I'm with MaximaZero, I've seen that color a few times and it's always been a woman driver. I'm not saying it's a girly color but I have seen a trend.
