Stumped about CEL

I finally got around to changing my fuel filter today. I pulled the fuel pump and fuel injector fuses after letting the car sit over night. It did not start of course. I changed the fuel filter in about 20 minutes. I hooked the hoses up to the new filter and put the fuses back in. It cranked 3 times and started up. I noticed my CEL was lit. I turned the car off, let it sit for 10 minutes and re started with one crank of the engine like it normally did before I changed the filter, so that is ok. The CEL light is still on. I checked under the hood and everything is hooked up correctly. No leaks or anything. The fuses are in the proper slots.

I disconnected the battery for 15 minutes and when restarting, CEL still on. I drove around for 10 minutes, still CEL.

I rememberd hearing about the flat head screw on the ECU, but I cannot see nor reach where I am suppose to. I dont even know what I am looking for. I pulled away a clear piece of tap with a diagram to turn all the way to the right and then to the left, but like I said I cannot see the screw to turn

I need help ASAP! Thanks Guys!

edit: I just looked at this picture...

and I do not have the flat head screw in that circle. The sticker on the ECU was on perfectly and does not look like it was ever removed or poked through. What the heck is up with that!?!?!

look in the hole, you will see a small screw, or take to autozone and let them reset it with the code reader

Let me get this straight, you're worried that your ecu was not checked the ghetto way yet? WTF is that? Mine wasn't either and I have a 96. Take of the sticker and check the damn codes. Stop disconnecting your battery all the time. Also why did you disconnect the fuel injector fuse???
