Mixing B&G and Eibach
Mixing B&G and Eibach
I have B&G springs and AGX shocks/struts, and the *** of my Maxima is very saggy. It looks like I have 3 people in my back seat and its starting to bother the hell out of me. My old Max, which my mom now drives has the Eibach's, which are getting yanked along with her AGX's to go back to a stock suspension (I guess middle aged women don't take corners at 90mph). The drop on that car is perfect in the rear. Would swapping her rear suspension cause problems (i.e., mixing B&G in the front with the Eibach's in the rear)?
I like the ride and drop in the front, and the drop of the Eibach's would be perfect in the back. Am I asking for death and crappy ride with this combo?

Generally B+Gs are soft, and Eibach are stiff. Which would be a soft rate spring in front and hard rate spring in back which would probably lead to more oversteer and possibly dangerous handling.
If you really want to kill the sag, swap out all your springs for the Eibachs, not just the rears.
