this thread certainly is NOT worthless without pics... he has a number of people vouching for his ability.

if I had the cash to spend, I'd be sending him my grill.

it is, if it's the first time he's doing a plastic piece as he had promised.

As promised. I'm still experimenting with the chroming of plastic. Here is a link of my first pics.

phsinvent,

wow, that looked good. So how much for the parts i asked for and also throw in the radiator brackets, sparkplug cover nad other small brackets. Also i'm in Lahaina, Hawaii 96761, what will be turn around time including shipping to you and back to me. Would you also gaurantee your plastic chroming from peeling and cracking?

Sorry everyone! I've been real busy working on all sorts of new parts (maxima underdrive pulley, type-4 chrome bezel and other parts). Anyways I'm real sorry I started this thread and got everyones hopes up. I'm just so busy at this time that I don't even have time to chrome my own maxima parts. But I do have a treat for everyone that is willing to do a little bit of work. If you have painted something before then this stuff will work out perfect. I've played with the vacuum metallizing system for a while now and I'm not real happy with the costs and everything else. Check out this link here -------> http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...&category=1200

If anyone has a paint gun, airbrush, hvlp, detail gun, or conventional spray gun then this stuff is what you want. I just came out with this stuff a week ago and it's been a very major break-through. I'll have 8oz, 16oz and gallon sizes in one week. Drop me an email if anyone wants to get some of this material. You could coat anything from strut bars to wheels. Sorry but the european airbrush and american retail chrome paints don't even come close to this stuff. Plus you can do it in your garage at home and you don't necessarily even need to wear respiration equipment. Thanks everyone!!!!!!!

Polishing and Chroming looks very similar .. and Polished is much lighter.. i think i'll get my engine bay Polished instead
No matter what you say, Polished might look Like chrome, but Its NOT CHROME! Chrome is CHROME! Has a Much better effect. Chrome is the best, point blank!

PHSINVENT is the man with chroming. And now hes selling the chrome paint to ppl, that is something to jump on definatly. Ill rack up a couple bottles of them myself

Yo Brett, How about I send you my Whole Car and you Chrome the whole thing for me? How much would that run me? Round $30,000. THEN SO BE IT!

Later buddy

I'm really tempted to chrome a car since now it's possible(plastic bumpers, metal panels and all). But is this legal to do?? Let's chrome your car.

Sorry I just have no spare time to do anything. If you have an airbrush or paint gun then you can put this chrome coating on your emblems in your garage at home.

How's the heat resistance on this thing? 20 bucks for a 1 oz bottle? Will you sell for cheaper in the future?

I don't know a better sample then that 2003 maxima shift **** in the picture. I'll try to get more pics real soon. I'll have 8oz bottles for around $120 and 16oz bottles for around $200 in about a week. This material is no joke. When you spray it out of your gun you will want to turn the PSI down to around 10lbs and you will want to limit the volume to near 25%. So much of this stuff goes a long way, you basically mist it on. Sometimes it will require a clearcoat if hands will be touching it all the time or if it might be subjected to engine fluids. The temperature rating is up to 220 degrees fahrenheit. Plus it can be topcoated with various candy colored clears to create different effects.
