Injector claws

Hello all,

I bought a pack of 6 used injectors for my 95 but when I received them, the plastic claws at the tip of the injectors were partially broken on 2 of them. I am talking about the 4 beige claws that seems to hold the cap where the fuel comes out of. Does those claws really holds the cap in place? Can I install the injectors even if those claws are missing?

Thank you very much for your help,
Stephane

im not sure what you are specifically talking about (havent dealt with injectors in a while) but i would say that if they're broken, might be better to not use them, only my opinion

The injectors worked fine, if they can't be installed with some of the claws broken, can that plastic part be bought without getting them completely rebuilt? Are there fuel injector parts store?

Thanks again,
Stephane
