ok so my cars lights were on for 13 hours today. it was raining and i was stupid. but yeah, so i jumped the car tonight and when we did the second the positive side amde contact the stock alarm went off. i got the transmiiter and shut it off. then strted the car. . the climate control is ll fu$ked up now. the fan thing keeps goin in like a fan motion. they light up sequentially. i tried the defroster for the frt window and the fan powers up all the way then decreaes powers up then decreases. im thinking it got fired during the jump.. please let me know if anyone has experinced this and wht to do .. i think its fried and that i should start lookin for a new climate control????\

the fuses or relays for this would be in the fuse box under the dash?? not under the hood??

basically it works but its like in skitzo mode. the lights light up..o yeah it wont turn off. u hit the off button it comes back on. the fan is running constantly, u turn the defroster for the frt winshield on the blower goes high then low high then low, the fan pic is like a moving fan (kinda kool) . i can adjust the temp..

well cuz u were right about the fuse, it would go entirely out... maybe resetting the system upset the climate control. I dont see why it would act up like that unless something melted when u jumped the car.

Don't know what the problem is, but try disconnecting the battery and leave it like that overnight and reconnect it in the morning and see what happens

The same thing just happened to me. I left my lights on while at work and killed my battery. I jumped it and my climate control is doing the exact same things. The fan speeds blink in order very quickly, I can adjust the temp and mode and when I try to turn it off it turns on right away. Does anyone know whats wrong, is it the fuse?

how about this...check the fuses and relay..for the fuses check both the fusebox near your left leg when you drive in the interior...and then check the ones under the hood....make sure you didnt blow anything...and do what NISMOS14 did..then let us know if everything is ok then.
