Future Purchase and Questions...

I am looking at purchasing a 99 Max, either the GLE or SE, low miles (under 40k). My question is I'm not a fan of manual transmission, mainly because of the clutch and the hand motions. I'd rather keep my hands free while driving because I like to be able to casually change radio settings/CD settings, and I am a frequent cell-phone user (I'm not one of those stupid idiots that puts too much thought into the cell phone than driving, but anyway...). Is there any way to do a tiptronic conversion, such as in the BMW 3-series (Automatic, with option to do clutchless shifting)? If anyone can help, it would be appreciated. Thanks!
