My engine makes a weird noise. I could hear normal ticking, but it also sounds like a frog at idle. I have a 98 so I don't think it falls in the tsb for the timing chain tensioner. Or does it? Any other ideas what it could be. It's done it for a while, but it has gotten louder. I can only hear it when the windows are down.

 

like a frog? from what part of the car...engine bay im guessing? idling while moving, or stopped etc. little more detail please
