maybe it was 11-8, shift solenoid valve(auto), or 11-6 Improper Shifting to Fourth Gear (A/T), or 12-7 Engine Speed Signal. Just for the hell of it check again, long pulses first number, short pulses second number.

$82 if you go to the dealer just to have them check it. if you have them fix it then they dont charge you for checking it.

Thnx raiker , I checked the Haynes manual and they list the 11-7 ecu code as "A/T TCC solenoid valve fault." Going to the search to find more info. If anyone knows what this is please respond

thnx

Update ......found this in the search

Diagnostic Trouble Code 1107 is "A/T TCC S/V Function (Lock-up)", Reference Page AT-121. The factory service manual says

<font color="blue">This malfunction is detected when the A/T does not shift into fourth gear position or the torque converter clutch does not lock up as instructed by the TCM. This is not caused by electrical malfunction (circuits open or shorted) but by mechanical malfunction such as control valve sticking, improper solenoid valve operation, malfunctioning oil pump or torque converter clutch, etc.</font>

The manual lists these as possible causes:
- Torque converter clutch solenoid
- Each clutch
- Hydraulic control circuit

Hope theres room on the credit card..can anyone give me a ballpark on this??

p.s thank you Daniel B Martin
