Thoughts on Test-Pipe.....

So i finally got around to putting the test pipe on for this weekends runs. The cars overall sound increased with a lower tone and Ive seen great hp fealing around 60-90 mph, just amazing what a 6cyl does....

which testpipe did you go with? just curious as to the differences i have heard from the custommaxima, warpspeed and custom ones.

i got 1 from someone off the org for like 20 bones, it was a warpspeed one i believe, it has the o2 sensor, and i havent yet set the ecu light.

what is a test pipe? is it the one that goes in place of catalytic converter? if so how you gonna pass the inspection?

Yes the test pipe does replace the catalytic converter...don't know about inspections though, my state doesn't have an inspection law

Hey man i was about to pick one up. It dosent have the o2 sensor though, and im a fed spec-will it work?????? Also how hard was it to install- i got access to a body shop. Thanks!!!

youll wanna make a spot for the O2 sensor then. It was a B!atch to install bc i broke all the bolts. Bolts that the cheap muffler shop had installed 2 months previous.
