idle speed

How low should my idle RPM be? Mines running at 600 or even 550 sometimes my car feels like it wants to stall whats going on? Its a manual 1997 max

My auto is around 700-750, but I think a manual should be around maybe 650?

It's important to check the idle RPMs in neutral not PARK OR DRIVE, those don't really matter. In a 5spd idle rpm should be 625rpm, and in AUTO it's 700(+/-50rpm for both)rpm BOTH IN NEUTRAL...
