I have a 98 gle... i dont know if its me or my max have a problem.
sometime the car is super fast (like it suppose to be) and sometime i feel like its not going fast... i don't know if thats me or my car really have a problem ???

another thing happend today (for the first time)
it was raining and i wanted to turn right
so i stop my car on stop sign and turn my steering all the way to right and waited for the other car to pass .. once the car passed i pressed on the gas and i saw my RPM going all the way to 4000-5000 and the car was not moving (this happend for like one sec) and everything went back to normal.

now i dont know what the hell is going on... is it normal or not ???

i have a automatic transmission
should i go to the dealer and get a complete checkup of my car ??
i have bought the car a month ago

sounds ur knock sensor is intermitently going out or u need regular maintanence, check for a knock sensor code, and check out ur plugs and if u can check ur coil packs
