um yea (duh) all that stuff would help. Lighter stock rims would make you quicker because less inertia and weight (specially unsprung weight) I didnt know there was a stage 2 vb mod, but a vb mod in general makes your auto shifts MUCH faster. port and polish will allow you engine to make more power, the ammount of power depends on the ammount ported. torque converter benefits depend on the converter... stall speed, etc, which did you have in mind?

tranny cooler is a MUST, especially since your running nos, get that immediately. do you have a stage 1 vb right now? or none?

I'm sorry but I have to post this before someone else gets the shaft. DO NOT deal with MobileTek. He has proven himself to be a very dishonest person and he still owes many people money. I just don't want anybody going through the nightmare I had to experience last year with my VB mod. Please refer to the dealership section or do a search for more information. You will find plenty of info on Don Cooper (Don in Texas) or MobileTek.

If you're interested in tranny work, only deal with Jeff at Maximum Tuning. www.maximumtuning.net

Also, you can check out Protorque torque converters for a higher stall TC. Level 10 makes a high stall also, but it'll cost ya. I'm sure Jeff can point you in the right direction if you give him a call.
