shifting gears on an automatic

i have a 96 maxima. with 5 speed automatic. is it ok if im driving 50mph to shift from D to 2? or from 2 to D? some people say no and some say yes. i dont know which. thanks Kev

downshifting is bad for an auto, u can up shift all u want ( 1-2-OD-D)

no good for tranny

if u want tranny to last, get a VB mod and a tranny cooler; for more info search
