seatbelt problems

Hello, I did a search and found out the dealer should replace a seatbelt for free. I bought my 98 Max a little while ago and one of the back seatbelt does not go back in, even if I try to feed it in. Can I just take it to the closest Nissan dealership or do I have to go to the one it was bought at? Thanks.

yeah as 95maximasexy said, i'd call first just so you don't waste your time. but i have heard what killcrap said too. it could just be dirty or clogged with various built up junk. goodluck getting that taken care of...
